Yeah, I couldn't figure it out myself and I looked back at prior weeks in the challenge (all time in fact) and didn't see anything indicating this had ever happened before, so I went to the database to see hand by hand what the deal was. It was one hand near the end where he went all-in and for some reason it displayed the bet/call as $16.5 million and some change. I did a dB search over the ~175MM hands in our database and from what I can tell this is unique. That's why I passed it on to the big guns, because I'm clueless on this one.
