Yes, APT will work on almost any device - pc, Mac, iPad, other tablets, etc. As long as it can run a browser and has internet, it will work. It works well on tablets. I generally recommend against using it on a phone (although it will work) because the screen is usually too small. But other mobile devices are fine.
