I use Chrome. I have the newest version and have updated Adobe Flash and followed the instructions for enabling it in Chrome and I still get the UNIVERSAL VERSION message each and and every time I start a session or, more vexing, whenever reviewing a hand. I have email 'help' 3 times with no response what so ever.

    Hi Gary,
I did respond to you recently. Here is what you need to do:

When Adobe isn't loading, it has to do with the settings on your browser with Chrome in Windows 10. If you have flash installed, you should be able to change the settings to allow flash to run - in Chrome it defaults to ask first, but you might have changed it to "no" accidentally.

Here's how to do this. Copy and paste chrome://settings/content into your web address on chrome.

Scroll down until you find flash settings and check allow sites to run flash.

That should solve the problem presuming flash is installed correctly and you don't have some other security setting on your computer that is blocking flash completely. If it still doesn't work, you probably have set up some sort of of security software that is blocking flash.
