what is an ideal volume goal for online cash?

Hello,
I play pro online cash in domestic sites in India. Players are decent nothing great.
How many hrs/day and week is ideal if I'm 4 tabling mostly with 6 tables max sometimes?
If I play for 5 hrs / day with frequent gaps inbetween with not more than 1.5hr session at a time , I feel burned out after 3 days and can hardly concentrate or don't feel motivated to play?
I'm suffering from putting in volume and want to know how much you pros play without feeling burned out?
Do you guys play 6 days a week , 7 days or 5 days?
I want to have a realistic volume and study goals in hrs/day focussed and achieve them consistently.
