"Create your own Advisor" would be a great addition
Hello everyone, I'm new here.
I've been solely using APT for volume and to drill in concepts I'm learning, using my own ranges. It would be really handy to have the option to create an advisor with personal ranges for different situations. Then I could practice my own strategy and be reminded when I deviate from it.

While I agree it would be really cool to be able to create your own advisor, that's not how the advisors work. It's such a complex game and so many factors vary that it wouldn't be possible to create a reliable advisor. Just being realistic because I know it took us two years just to create our first bot that could play reasonably decently and give remotely accurate advice. And that was just a first version. Just as an example, if you tried to create an advisor pre-flop as first to act, you would need to know stack sizes, characteristics of opponents, characteristics of the game, etc. to even have it give accurate advice from first to act pre-flop. Add in any other place in the game and the number of factors to consider would grow exponentially.
