What kind of trouble? Any error message?
Hi,
Are you having trouble installing PT4 or getting our hands to import into PT4? If the problem is installation of PT4, I think this question would be better asked of their support team since PT4 is not our product.

AllenBlay, thank you for your response. I'm finding I'm inept at importing the data to the right place. I do need to read more at PT4 & I will communicate with kaspal
kaspal; I used PT4 a long time ago with an online room. I used my subscription to reinstall it on a new computer. When I went to import the data, I could not get a cardroom recognized nor get the import to the right folder recognized. I think I'm going to re-read & re-install PT4 using PokerStars. If you have any suggestions, I would be grateful.
FYI, just as a follow-up - one of the main problems I have seen is not unzipping the file downloaded from our site. For more details on how to export hands from our site, here is the FAQ:

Sheriff are you sure you are importing the right folders?. Often the error is that.Reinstalling is always an option too.
