Can please someone take time to explain me how did I win this hand?

I had an Ace three of a kind on button, villain had a Flush on BB but I ended up winning the hand? How is this possible unless I am missing something very obvious.
Edit: It was me being stupid and not realising that it was a Full house and not a set.
