Currently when I fold a hand in SNG the program jumps to the end of the hand and only shows who won and what the winning hand was. Is there a way to see the intermediate steps such as any bets, raises, etc.?

Yes, on all the games there is a checkbox for "Zip to end" on the bottom of the game. If you uncheck zip to end it will show the entire hand played out.
