Can I Choose Opponents?
Can I assign certain opponents to specific seats?
Opponents in games I play in are varied. On a 6-max table, I may have one or two relatively good opponents and one or more total fish who call down with any pair or randomly bet bad hands (I often cannot determine if they are bluffs or value bets).

You can choose the overall player mix, but you are not able to select the specific players. What you are describing sounds like what I would call the average player mix in the game options.
