How to best utilize this website to work on reading hand ranged
In terms of estimating opponent ranges, you can use the brain button inside the advice and hit the show range button. I realize that isn't what you are asking, but I think it is related since that feature can help you get better at estimating your range.
For learning to play your range, I think the best way is to learn to read opponent ranges. If you can read opponent ranges, then you can learn what range you are projecting to the table. In terms of using the site to get better at playing those ranges, I think it is mostly just practice. The more hands you play, the more comfortable you get at playing your range instead of your hand. I can't really think of any way to do that other than just practicing changing things up and confusing your opponents.
