Suitable for Online Games?
Hey,
I have been using APT for a few days and am wondering if APT is suitable for online players. The bots i played against in a medium 6max cash game are totally different to my human opponenents. I am not sure if maybe what i am learning might be counter productive for my online games. What are your experiences?

If you mean 'medium' difficulty then maybe shift the difficulty up a bit? In some ways the higher difficulty level bots may be better than humans, whilst humans will be better in other ways. But if you can beat the bots at that level it should put you in better shape vs human opponents anyway.
I would agree that our site is appropriate for online play to the extent you aren't talking higher stakes. If the online game is higher stakes, many of the players are very sophisticated (and often are using tools to help them play a more optimal style than our site expects humans to play).
Our site can simulate most live games and most low-mid stakes online games, although the mid online stakes games are getting to be very tough also.
