SERIOUS COMPLAINT

At about 3:20am Eastern Time today I was playing "Sahara Desert" and I was top of the field with approx $40,000. Then I accidently hit my phone's 'back' button and my entire session was lost (this has happened MANY times before). Yes, I did check my session history, and this session is not there.
Why can't you record sessions in real-time instead of asking the user to manually "save the session and quit"?

I'm really really annoyed as I wanted to review this session.

I think this a 1 in 1000 occurance and not a normal issue that needs fixing. It's no different than a "mis click" playing online. Yes it happens and it sucks but the only person you could be annoyed with is you for clicking it.

Actually, it does save in real time. All your hands save and so does the session. If you quit without clicking quit and save, you could go to your saved hands in the reports and history tab and all your hands would be there.

The session, however, will not show up in your session reports for up to 2 hours if you do not click quit and save. It is there, but it is still when you exit, but it is considered an active session. Our server has no way to know if you accidentally closed the game, went to grab a snack, had a brief internet outage and are still playing, etc. Once you don't play for at least 60 minutes, it assumes you are done. closes the session at the top of the next hour and then it shows up in your saved session.

I hope that clears this up for you.

No it doesn't. Why do hands where I built up to a ~$40,000 balance when I accidently hit ' back button' DON'T show. Another user admitted this is 1 in a 1000 occurrence. Not impressed at all. This implies you're basically saving in real-time only about once an hour.

You are wrong, they are saved real time and all your hands are there. I'm happy to help you outside the forum. You have also emailed me about this and I responded with clear instructions. This is not a problem with our site. I just looked at your account and the session you talked about is there, as are all the hands. You must be looking in the wrong place. If you go to the reports and history tab and select either saved hands or saved sessions you will see everything you played.

The only possible way hands do not save is if a user loses internet connection and it does not come back for a whole. That did not happen here. Your hands are all there.

Ok thanks Allen, I found the session in question. My balance was swinging widely in that session, up to ~$40,000 at times. But the last hand before I hit the back button shows a ~$6,500 balance - I could swear it was MUCH higher at that point (that's why I was so upset). Anyways no worries, I've calmed down now lol.
