I have used APT for years, at times as a paid member and at times using the free version. I a thinking of signing up for the paid version again but I want to know a few things first. It mainly has to do with the opponents. I really don't see any difference between the loose agressive and loose passive players. They all seem to play the same to me, limping a lot calling raises in position and sometimes donking off their chips with absolute junk. Is their any percievable difference between the two or are they all the same? Also, why do I never see any tight players? Is there a way to change the players at your table?

    Hi,
Thanks for continuing to use APT.

Since you are using the free version, the only games you have access to currently are the easy games. In those games, most of the opponents are just bad - so the variation in their play is minimal because the loose aggressive and loose passive players tend to be similar at lower levels. At the higher levels of the game, there are definitely TAG players, as well as LAG players, and the differences will be more apparent in styles. The high amount of limping and calling raises with garbage are fairly typical of low-level cash games both on our site and in live casino action. The play in the higher levels such as KGB's Dungeon is at a much higher level.
