Practice Makes Perfect But Only If Its The Right Type of Practice

Interesting article from Aug. 2017 on what type of practice allows people to avoid reaching plateaus, in any endeavor. Worth a read. Would be interested in hearing what specific practice techniques have worked for players here, along with what hasn't worked.

    Good article. Thanks @1warlock.
    The process is fairly standard. I like the small goal seeking and incremental improvement method. I think aspirational goals should be part of it. The problem with poker is finding a legit coach. Success in a field doesn't mean one knows how to teach it.
    Best practices on how to bring a beginner to a winner have not been established.
