As of November 2021, the APT Forum is closed to new posts. Like with many online forums, usage has decreased in recent years. All previous posts are still available.
For anyone with login or username/password issues:
1) We are unable to access your password. It is highly encrypted and no one, including you or us, can access it. We cannot send it to you via email and you should never send a site your password by email to 'confirm'. If they can, you shouldn't be using that site because they aren't securing your password.
2) You can reset a lost password or recover a forgotten username at https://www.advancedpokertraining.com/poker/login.php. Your password can only be changed either through a link sent to your email from that page or through your account once logged in. This is for your security - I am not able to do it for you.
3) If you are unable to log in, be very careful in typing in the username and password you think you have. If it still doesnt work, use the password recovery link above. The only explanation for inability to login is that you are typing in the wrong username/password. There isn't anyone around who doesnt occasionally forget a password and have to change it unless you use the same password everywhere and I would highly recommend against doing that.
4) If you clicked the recover password button in the link I posted above and didn't get an email, check your spam folder. Since our site has the word poker in it, sometimes emails, especially about passwords, get flagged as spam/phishing.
5) Need to change your email address but can get into your account? You can do that in the 'my account' section which you can access by clicking the 'wheel button' . You can't change your username by yourself, but if you really, really need to, you can drop me an email through the contact link and if it is available I can change it for you. If you no longer have access to your registered email address AND can't access your account, I will have to change your email for you so you can reset your password.
