As with any legitimate site, passwords are encrypted with a very high level of security and no one can view them.
If you have forgotten you password, put in your email address or username in the "Forgot Your Password" box located at https://www.advancedpokertraining.com/poker/login.php and you will be sent a link to reset your password
Note that this answer applies on any site you use, not just ours - if you forget a password, just go to the login page and you will always find something related to forgotten passwords. Don't contact customer service or ask for your password - if they are able to tell you your password, stop using the site because they aren't secure.
