When using Combat Trainer - I do not see a "Change Players" button and I do not see how to change the beginning hand for Flop Fundamentals.

Currently, the Combat Trainer is designed to work on specific scenarios so changing the hand or players is not incorporated. We're looking at various enhancements to the Combat Trainer and will include your ideas in the suggestions.
Update: With the launch of 5 new scenarios this week, an additional feature to changes players and stack sizes between hands has been added. It is the "New Opponents" button in the top left hand corner. Whenever you select it, for the next hand the opponents and stack sizes will change. You can opt for this whenever you want: you can leave it the same opponents for several hands, then change, or change every hand if you want.
