It is just the opposite for me. I have emailed a tech problem 3 times without an answer or even a replay of any sort.
Hi Gary, I really apologize for this. I was out of town with no access to internet/cell last week at a youth camp. Due to some miscommunication on my part (I was unaware I would have no access, so no one else knew I wasn't responding), contact emails were mostly not answered last week. I'm catching up on them today. This was entirely my fault and I apologize - we do pride ourselves on fast service and responses.
I do see your questions about the universal version and I'll respond to you directly in a couple minutes.
