For what format and vs what pool of players? SplitSuit on YouTube has some great videos on pre-flop and c-bet sizes and frequencies. For more theory-based information, UpswingPoker has some good articles that I believe you can access if you sign up for their newsletter (give them your email address).
If you have a particular format in mind, that would probably help. Are you playing live or online and at what stakes? Full ring or short handed? Cash or tournament? There are a ton of resources out there and I'd be happy to help track down some to fit your particular interest. I'm sure others here will be happy to do the same if you give a little direction.
Very welcome mrfleming. 1 thing that crosses over pretty well to all formats is to size your preflop bets according to position and action the preceded you as opposed to the strength of your hand. Open AA with the same size as TT or J9s as an example. In tournament play, standard opening sizes are a bit less than in cash games, say 2.5BB instead of 3BB. Then add 1BB for every limper that preceded you. So, if you have AA on the button and 2 people already limped in, raise to 4.5BB to account for the 2 limpers.
GL and LMK if I can help with anything else. I'm sure there are others here who have thoughts on the subject as well and know of resources that I don't.

Thank you Warlock;
I'm playing NLH live, multi-table tournaments in a social group of 16 to 18 players, $30 gets you in the game. They have been playing for decades, and I'm relatively new. I will follow up on YouTube with Splitsuit and Upswing.

Harrington's Volume 1 has bet sizing info all through it, in particular, Part Four. So does Jonathan Little's book on Tournament Poker and his Excelling at NLHE. These are books recommended here, in the book lists featured on the APT Blog.
