Ugh - unfortunate result. You have the range and the nut advantage here but villain got lucky and flopped 2 pair. That's going to happen about 2% of the time (less if you have him dominated like this). So, can you get away from the hand when he raises you on the flop? I don't think so but maybe I'm in the minority here.
He opens UTG+2 and flats your 3-bet from the BB. As an aggressive player, lets say his initial range in that position looked like this: 22+, A2s+, KTs+, QTs+, J9s+, T9s, 98s, ATo+, KJo+, QJo. You have ~59% equity vs that range. When you 3-bet and he flats, we can narrow his range, to something like this: QQ-22,AQs-ATs,A5s-A2s,KJs+,QTs+,J9s+,T9s,98s,AQo,KQo. We cap his range at QQ for pairs because we'd figure a 4-bet with AA,KK (plus AK). You still have ~56.6% equity against this range.
You smash the flop with TPTK and the backdoor nut flush draw in clubs plus the backdoor nut straight draw. You now have ~83% equity vs his range. You lead out with a pot sized bet. I may have gone smaller and tried to get value from some of his weaker A's, J combos, KQ ... or checked to try and induce a bet from him but not a problem to play this one fast. When he shoves back at you, you have to decide whether he has any bluffs at all in his range. You are worried only about 66, JJ and AsJs. That's a puny portion of his overall range (7 total combos out of 150 in his range). He's described as a loose aggressive player so is he shoving KdQd or KsQs? A paired J with the backdoor flush draw? If you think he has any bluffs/semi bluffs in his range at all, you must call.
Probably a longer thought process than you wanted but I was trying to see if I could talk myself into a fold. In a cash game, no I can't.
I'll comment from both players' perspectives. All but the tightest players would open AJ suited from utg. BUT when a 3 bet comes from the big, it is a fold. Why? Villan is way behind Hero's range. A 3 bet Oop against an utg open? Whoa! Super strong range expected. Hero is not at the top of range yet viilan is behind. It is going to take a miracle to win this hand. The miracle happened but villan's call is a bad play.
Also i don't like villan's flop raise. He's in position. He has the last action. Stacks will get in. His raise folds out the weak parts of hero's flop range. I call and let hero continue barreling if he chooses.
Hero played the hand well. Agree with the 3 bet. Agree with calling the raise. Tight players might fold from fear not logic or reason. Hero can have AA or JJ here. I just call with those too. 66 is unlikely for hero.
So hero continues with 3rd best hand he can have on a board thats not scary in any way, no flushes no str8.
Play for stacks here and lose to a miracle hand. Hero is good more often than not.
Summary: villan played poorly and won. Hero played properly and lost. Welcome to poker!
Note: I played this exact hand. I got stacked too.)
Thanks guys... I appreciate it... This has happened to me in cash games before, granted it wasn't AJ, I've had it happened to me when they flop 2 pairs with A6, AT, etc... And with TpTk, it's SUPER hard to freaking fold!!!! ARRRRRHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!

I made a mistake and gave you a backdoor flush draw when you don't have one. Sorry. Still a huge flop and you are blocking that draw.

Sorry. Villan is not utg. Comments still apply.
