There isn't really an answer to this. It depends on the style you are trying to play. If you want to learn a more tight aggressive style, choose a tight aggressive advisor. If you are trying to learn a looser style, choose a more loose advisor.
Generally, our tight aggressive advisors perform the best, but that is mostly a function of how hard it is to program a winning LAG style.

Your comment about how hard it is to program a winning LAG style applies not just to bots but to players as well. I have been playing for years, and I have seen very few LAG players who are truly winning players.

I sold PokerGenius in Brazil (before it was www.poker-academy.com). Very nice interface, easy to play, theft is not pop up, it appears on the side with suggestion of the game and you can create new advisors. But I stopped selling because it has no update and does not display graphics that are much higher in ADVANCED POKER TRAINING. And also has no translation for other languages, I myself inject in ADVANCED POKER TRAINING, I find complete your graph and statistics.
Yesterday I downloaded DDPOKER, I like the way the game is treated, you have what I already suggested
- Player Action Timeout - 30 Seconds
- Think Bank 15 seconds
Very real game to what I will find in online poker rooms.
The counselor also has an automatic mode where he plays and you watch, or just tells you what to do and you follow the advice.
Same as POKERGENIUS he has a discreet advisor who says next to how much to bet, are two suggestions.
